I understand the challenges of Strategic Planning. Throughout my career, I have been involved in the process of change.
I have had leadership roles in strategic planning and implementing the strategic plans, for example, developing and implementing on-line course delivery and related faculty training, and networking and equipping a campus for instructional technology use.
In all my work with others, I have built on their strengths and positive accomplishments and developed collaborative partnerships to implement initiatives. AI generates enthusiasm, engagement, excitement and results.
